Description
A beautiful Arts & Crafts washstand from the late Victorian period. Made by Shapland & Petter of Barnstaple, Devon. The floral centre tiles are framed with smaller brown, red/rust coloured tiles of which one has a slight fracture (hardly visible). Made from solid ash and is a rich nutty colour. The marble top has wonderful graining and the splayed base has one long drawer with a cupboard below. A rare quality washstand in excellent condition.
