Antique Edwardian Inlaid Mahogany Display Cabinet With Original Mirror

An elegant antique Edwardian mahogany display cabinet dating from circa 1900–1910, featuring glazed storage, an original mirror and delicate inlaid decoration. The cabinet has a glazed front door and glazed side panels, allowing displayed objects to be viewed from several angles. Two internal shelves create three useful display areas, each providing approximately 26 cm of clearance. Above the cabinet is a polished mahogany surface with an original rectangular mirror, turned supports and a narrow raised display shelf. The shaped upper gallery is decorated with delicate inlay, complemented by further inlaid detailing to the front uprights. Raised on slender tapering legs, the cabinet has attractive proportions and a relatively compact footprint. It would be ideal for displaying ceramics, glassware, ornaments, books or other collectables in a living room, dining room, hallway or study. The glazed door retains its working lock.
