This is an antique fire kerb and companion tongs. An English, iron fireside set, dating to the Victorian period. An appealing, Victorian fireside set. Displays a desirable aged patina. Fire kerb crafted from cast iron. Decorative, pierced back foliate detail. Corners finished with extruded decorative shoulders.
Classic stirrup design tongs with spade terminals. Of country house proportions. Beautiful hand-wrought ironwork.
