An exceptional, fine and impressive antique George V English sterling silver Arts & Crafts style mug made by Albert Edward Jones; part of our Arts & Crafts silverware collection.
This exceptional antique George V sterling silver mug has a circular rounded form with a flared upper rim.
The surface of the Arts & Crafts mug has a subtle planished finish and bears the engraved name 'Diana' to the upper portion.
The lower portion of the mug is embellished with an impressive band of embossed leaf decoration, flanked with applied rope twist decorated borders, all in the Arts and Crafts style.
This mug is fitted with a plain C shaped handle.
This antique silver mug, crafted by the renowned silversmith A E Jones, retains the original gilding to the interior.
