Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order. Select sycamore stocks show superb grain interest. Presents striking golden caramel tones beneath a wax polish finish. Shallow lid opens to reveal a removable mahogany inset tray/ Dressed to the front with a monogrammed lock escutcheon with the initials 'CA'.. Held securely by the working lock — key present. Protective base with a distinctive faux crocodile textured finish. This is an attractive antique keepsake box, with wonderful golden colouring and quality appeal.
