This antique 19th century mustard pot in sterling silver is an exceptional gauge of silver, excellent quality and in excellent condition. The decoration is all very sharp. Full hallmarks struck to the underside of the body and part hallmarks to the interior of cover are all very clear; the hallmarks are struck deeply due to the exceptional gauge of silver. Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this piece of Victorian silverware.
