A superb Art Deco mirror in great condition for its age.
The mirror consists of 10 individual pieces, a large rectangular centre plate with a deep bevelled edge which catches the light beautifully. There are six side pieces of green mirror, three each side of the centre plate, each of these have a bevelled edge all round.
The bottom edge of the mirror has four green mirrored pieces which are stepped, a design associated with the art deco period. At the centre of these four pieces is a mirrored piece of peach/champagne coloured mirror'
The mirror is in lovely condition with a few age related marks that are consistent with a mirror of this age (see pics) but they do not detract from its overall beauty. The reflectivity is good on all mirror sections.
It is mounted on a wooden back board and attached with a combination of traditional clips and glued sections. (Glue was used extensively on these mirrors)
A fantastic period minor that will enhance any living space.
