Art Deco Bisque Boudoir Doll Bust with Platinum Blonde Mohair Wig Circa 1920

On offer is this 1920s shoulder and head boudoir bisque doll which measures approx. 11 cm in height. This doll has platinum blonde wavy mohair wig. Her head is gently inclined to the side with chin slightly raised. The face is beautifully painted with arched dark brows which are partially obscured by her hair, dark brown eyes with black upper lid lines. She has red lips open in a lovely smile exposing her white teeth. The doll has the original wires at the base for the body and the wires for the arms are fitted with slender bisque arms with elegant long individually defined fingers. The upper arms and base covering the wires has been wrapped in felt fabric and this doll is ready to be dressed or displayed as is. This fabulous art deco doll is offered in very good condition with a rub to the paint of the nose. Nothing further is found.
