Art Deco Camera Style Snakeskin Powder Compact Vanity Case with Lipstick & Cigarette Case Combo c.1930

On offer is this Art Deco 1930s camera case vanity compact cigarette case combination which measures approx. 10cm by a maximum of 5.5cm. The case has a camera style body made of polished gold tone metal with snakeskin surfaces. The lid to the powder compact has a spring hinged lid which opens by pressing on the shutter button at the top of the case. Under the lid is a framed mirror and the powder well in the base is clean and retains the original sifter. The "winder" at the top of the case is a lipstick holder and contains bright orange lipstick. The reverse of the case has lift up hinged door to access the second compartment which is for cigarettes and has a metal hinged retaining section.
