Art Deco Powder Pot, Cut Glass & Sterling Silver Guilloche Enamel Lid, Birmingham 1935

Fine art deco cut glass powder pot with solid silver and guilloche enamel lid fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1935 and with the maker's mark for the silversmith W. Neale & Son Ltd. This art deco powder pot has a maximum diameter of 11 cm and is 5.5 cm in height with a total weight of 254 grams. The glass pot has attractive cut design with deep ridges and hobnail diamond cut pattern to the sides and deep star cut base. The pull off silver lid has wonderful baby blue guilloche enamel with faint gold wash finish to the underside. Offered in very good condition with no chips, cracks or fractures to the glass bowl. The lid has no dents or dings to the silver and the guilloche enamel is free of chips and cracks.
