Arts & Crafts Copper & Silver Vase by A.E Jones c.1905

The copper vase is hand planished and fitted with silver strips with the egg and dart pattern that Jones used frequently. The rim has a silver edge and the body of the vase has three circular details with flowers. The base of the vase is stamped with the design number (No.2465). This  number suggests that this was a design by Jesson, Birkett & Co that has been continued by A E Jones. The piece is in good condition and has a dark patina, but you can see where it has been handled and could probably do with a good waxing or slight clean.
