This one possesses a country feel to it with its golden glow to the English oak, sweeping shape to the two cupboard doors, decorative beading to the plinth and door and lovely angle carved legs. Altogether a super piece of English oak furniture circa late 1920s. Fortunately this one has been well cared for and after a session in our workshop is ready for placing with sensible historic wear but nothing new or nasty.
