Description
A very attractive circular vase by Bitossi, in their characteristic blue glaze and design made up of boxes and hearts. Bitossi was founded in Tuscany near Florence in 1950s. The Rimini Blu range was introduced by Aldo Londi in the late 1950s. The combination of design motifs suggests this is a 1960s piece, and the hearts are relatively unusual - more usual are diamonds or triangles - so this is of interest to collectors.
