This Victorian chest of drawers was crafted by Blyth and Sons around 1820. It is made from walnut and features a classic design typical of the period. The piece includes multiple drawers for storage, showcasing the craftsmanship of the early 19th century. This stunning walnut chest of drawers is from the 1800s with 2 short over 3 long graduating drawers, the drawer bases are mahogany just adding more quality to this chest of drawers, the drawers slide freely, with all locks in place no keys. The original brass handles and brass escutcheons. The original makers badge is still in place Blyth and Sons, https://bifmo.furniturehistorysociety.org/entry/blyth-sons-1820-1888, here is the history of them. This just adds more provenance to this chest of drawers, There is a small burn on the top corner and 2 drawers have had repairs, this does not affect the strength of the bases, the chest stands on a plinth base.
