Bodhisattva Manjushri, Bronze, Nepal - 19th Century

a fine 19th-century bronze sculpture of a Bodhisattva of Wisdom. This beautiful sculpture from Nepal depicts a Bodhisattva wielding the sword of wisdom, which cuts through the ignorance. He is seated with crossed legs and his crown is richly adorned with jewels and ornaments set with small precious stones. A very fine 19th-century work of good quality it is in two parts beautiful patina and in excellent condition. Delivery available to Belgium, France, and internationally.
