Fabulous Vintage solid 925 silver (fully hallmarked) Ladies very chunky curb link bracelet (by C.M.E Jewellery Ltd) with big fancy 'daisy flower' puffy love heart feature padlock clasp. Ideal to display charms if desired. C~1970's. (Please excuse all the reflections/dark shadows in the pictures - was extremely difficult to photograph). Measures; 8" / 20cm total length and weighs a hefty 41.6 grams. Beautiful crisp very chunky solid silver traditional curb links (measure 8mm width) all of which reflect the light beautifully. One of the big circular end links is fully hallmarked (within different shaped, recessed cartouches) with the silver purity; 925, anchor (Birmingham assay), import mark (pair of scales) and carries the retailers initials; C.M.E (CME Jewellery Ltd, based in Leicester, England - they were established in 1977 and are still in existence today). Large feature secure puffy love heart padlock (measures 2.3cm length x 1.9cm width) which is beautifully adorned with elaborate daisy flowers with leaves and scroll work around (same to both sides). Again clearly stamped with the silver purity; 925. Opens correctly, closing tightly with a very reassuring click. Still retains her original silver safety chain (which is correctly threaded through the central link of the padlock) for added piece of mind. Beautifully made (all links are sealed) and very comfortable to wear. Excellent, bright, clean condition with no wear or damage (looks to have had very little use - perhaps only high days and holidays) and just a few overall very light and fine (absolutely micro) surface scratches showing under eyeglass only commensurate with age.
