* An interesting japanese figure of a farmer
* Over his right shoulder he carries a long pole loaded with what appears to be bundles of straw
* These bundles are all removable
* In his left hand he is holding on to a staff
* The figure is set on a naturalistic base which has a number of missing areas, not sure if by design or damage
* The figure has attained a nice deep patinated colour
* The figure is available for viewing in our shop, Celia Rose antiques near Bognor Regis in West Sussex
