A cased 19th century French 6 shot 7mm Lefaucheux Model 1856 self cocking pinfire revolver, number 10727, round barrel 85mm, marked "Invor. E Lefaucheux Brte. Paris" with scroll engraving to breech, frame and cylinder, folding trigger with barrel markings repeated in oval and plain walnut grips. In a fitted green baize lined oak box with folding brass handle to lid and containing a cardboard cartridge box (empty). NB. This is an obsolete pinfire revolver and is therefore classed by the Home Office as a collector's item. There is no necessity to own a firearms license to sell or own this piece.
