A magnificent large walnut framed mirror from northern France, this is finely carved and dates to the early 18th century, making it around 3 centuries old. It will look spectacular in any large country or town house. - Pipe player carved at the top centre, with winged cherubs at each side, one playing a tambourine and the other with a stringed instrument. - Carved foliate designs, with fruits and leaves. - Mirror plate with the characterful distress of age, whilst retaining a good overall reflection.
