Description
An early 19th Century French papier mâché snuff box with a Hunting Scene with horseman & hounds on the lid, writing to the bottom of the lid ‘La Chasse au Lievre’ or The Hare Hunt.
In very good antique condition for its age. A few chips to the edges and the writing is faded but otherwise good.
