This beautiful quality silver mounted cut glass glue pot was made in Birmingham 1903 by the renowned silversmiths John Grinsell & Sons. The heavy sliced-cut glass body mounted with a simple and elegant silver cover. The lid with a simple and stylish baluster hollow handle. The inner cover with brush attachment. Glue pots are rather scarce and this is a delightful example. Hallmarks:- JG&S for John Grinsell & Sons. Birmingham Assay Mark. Lion Passant. Date letter 'd' for 1903.

Glass in excellent condition. Silver lid in very good condition. Good set of marks.
