This is a very pretty & good quality Vintage Elizabeth II Sterling silver gilt oval shaped snuff or pill box, with engraved scrolls to the sides, engine turned lid and base with gilt interior.
Hallmarked for Birmingham 1975 by SJ ROSE & SONS.
