Shows a barge moored to a wooden wharf and warehouse. Signed and titled.
William Webb (1830-1904) was a painter and book illustrator. A friend of Holman Hunt. He travelled in the Middle East. Exhibited Ra. He lived in Ealing not far from the subject of this print.
