Fairground Carousel Ride - Cox Family Noah's Ark Showground Donkey c.1930

This charming wooden donkey which originates from a Noah's Ark fairground ride that was run by the Cox Family in Mansfield dates from the 1930's. This fun painted carousel donkey is made of wood with a velvet covered seat, metal reign, metal fixing plates and is a highly decorative unique piece. This nicely painted showground donkey is a great decorative antique that would look fabulous displayed in the home and will always make you smile or he would make a wonderful shop window display piece.
