This is a fine and elegant 18th Century Irish Mahogany Chair of super colour in honest and solid condition with intricately fretted shaping to the splat and finely carved rope-work to the top rail, legs, shoe and seat rails.
A masterclass in Irish chair making undoubtedly made for an important house of the period.
