Description
A very good Worcester round porcelain basket with pierced walls and scalloped rim and decorated with the ever popular pine cone pattern. The rim and first section of the reticulation is prettily decorated with a diaper style and trailing vines. The outside of the basket is decorated with individually moulded daisy flowers applied at each intersection and around the rim, each picked out in blue. Hatched crescent mark to the base, c.1775.

It measures 22cm (8 5/8") wide and 5.5cm (2 1/4") high.
