Four Georgian Anglo Irish Whisky Dram Glasses C1790

Technical Description A superb set of four Georgian Anglo Irish dram glasses dating to c1790. They have ogee bowls with a band of very small diamonds and solid section at the base. Angular knop stems above conical feet with snapped pontils. They were hand-made towards the end of the 18th century, designed to hold a single measure of Whisky. Rare to find a set of four.
