This is a handsome Indonesian framed embroidered tapestry which dates to the mid 20th century.
Framed in a modern black frame the tapestry features two gentlemen warriors, one on an elephant and the other on a horse.
They have charming faces and the embroidery is very padded and raised to give a three dimensional effect.
It is very decorative, intricate and bohemian looking and will suit an eclectic home.
CONDITION
Generally in good condition, some small signs of age to the tapestry at the edges and the black frame has some knocks to the corners.
