Description
British (Troopers) Cavalry Sabre ! Looks like a P1885.
German made (not un common) scabbard dated and marked XI H for 11th Hussars (the attribution may be spurious as the date is wrong). The YC on the blade denotes later issue to a Yeoman Cavalry Regiment. Blades showing battle chips but still good has stains but will polish up. Has original scabbard which is dated for 1875 length of 106cm height + 14cm + depth 9cm.
