Very handsome French Empire mahogany and fruitwood parquetry king size bed with flame mahogany central detail and subtle ormolu decoration. Fabulous marquetry inlaid turreted posts. Incredibly skilled craftsmanship was used to make this bed originally. Cleaned and waxed to preserve fabulous patina. Suitable for standard king size mattress 150cm x 200cm/5' x 6'6" on the rails.
