Description
A good quality solid mahogany Georgian chest-on-chest. Shaped moulded cornice above a curl-mahogany and satinwood inlaid frieze. Top section with two short and three long graduated drawers, base with three long graduated drawers. Solid mahogany drawer fronts with fiddleback figure and oak liners. Drawers with original brass swan neck handles and brass keyhole escutcheons. Original working locks on all drawers with key. Raised on original bracket feet. Lovely aged colour and patina.

In excellent condition commensurate with age and use. All joints are solid. Drawers run smoothly. Original finish retained. Minor historic marks, wear and repairs as is to be expected with genuine antique furniture. Restored in our workshop to a very high standard using traditional methods and materials.
