My wife and I have been in the Antiques trade for over 28 years initially in Scotland and for the past few years the Cotswolds. We began trading at fairs as far afield as Edingburgh, Swinderby, Kempton, Ardingly and Detling to name but a few.
For many years from its inception in 1998 until 2018 successfully trading at The Scottish Antique Centre Doune ,selling a broad range of stock with a particular passion for Arts and Crafts furniture and metalware.
Over the years whilst travelling hundreds of thousands of miles in the UK we have gained great experience and a thorough knowledge of the antiques trade.

This late 18th-century Georgian woolwork tapestry sampler, titled "The Wish," dates to approximately 1790. The piece features a design that includes a castle, trees, foliage, and a verse which was produced by Elizabeth Stewart aged seven It is crafted from wool and originates from Britain. Set inside a Birds Eye maple and glass frame a lovely period sampler over 230 years old which looks and displays very well.
