This antique papier mache pig which originates from Germany dates from c1890 and would have been either used as a butcher's shop display or may have been used as a toy. This handsome pink pig has a wonderful decorative look and would look very nice in the home or would make a great shop window display. Material: Papier mache. Date: c1890. Dimensions: Length: 28 cm (11"). Width: 8 cm (3 1/4"). Height: 14 cm (5 1/2"). Weight: 336 g. Condition: Good antique decorative condition with signs of wear, scuffs, chips, touch ups and marks giving a wonderful decorative look. Some old repairs to the legs and one ear. Please see pictures.
