Description
This is a good antique Khamseh carpet with a lovely design and attractive colour palette dating from around 1900. The deep indigo Herati field is centred by three polychrome flowerhead medallions, framed by spandrels and borders of meandering vines, flowers and palmettes, flanked by ivory guard stripes.
The carpet is in excellent condition ready for use in the home.
