This bed has gorgeous colouring and fabulous patina, this mahogany has a delightfully deep and rich colouring. The posts are tapered and fluted, with brass inlay details. Brass has been used to bevel the edges of the inset panel details. Truly a very handsome bed indeed, which we have cleaned and restored to ensure a solid and sturdy bed. The frame has been professionally restored with rails extended to support modern king size mattress inside the side rails 5’ x 6’6” / 150cm x 200cm.
