Large Antique Bohemian Mary Gregory Trinket Pot / Dressing Table Box C1880

On offer is this fine antique large Bohemian glass trinket box, dresser, vanity jar dating circa 1880 and measuring 8.5 cm in height and also 8.5 cm in diameter. This fine glass trinket pot is made of beautiful Bristol blue glass and has white hand applied enamel in the Mary Gregory manner with a young girl collecting flowers on the domed hinged lid. The sides of the pot also have raised white flowers, dots and hearts enamel decoration. This antique trinket pot has aged brass rims and early s-catch and has a secure hinge. It is offered in good condition with no chips, cracks or fractures to the glass body or lid. There is some normal light age and usage wear to the enamel decoration but nothing that is detrimental.
