Large Art Deco Decorative Mirror

This mirror has all the attributes of the period. The Mirror consists of eight individual pieces, four square pieces making up the centre plate and four outer mirrored pieces which provide the decorative element to this striking Mirror. The 4 square centrepieces have a small bevelled edge all round And fit together in a squared effect. The four outer mirrored pieces about the four centrepieces, the outer edge of these are cut to give a round effect with an undulating edge. There is a floral pattern on these pieces which is rear cut, typical of the period. The mirror is in good condition and has no nibbles, chips or deep scratches and the reflectivity is very good. All eight pieces are mounted on a wooden backboard and are attached with a combination of claw clips and chrome cap screws with chrysanthemum washers. Size 94cm dia.
