Large Art Nouveau Oak Sideboard

A classic large oak late 19th Century (c.1890) Art Nouveau antique sideboard, the raised shaped back incorporating a shelf supported on brackets with an oval panel in the centre, the solid top with a simple fore-edge with a full length drawer with a cast brass proud heart shaped escutcheon and two brass handles with embossed back plate and D shaped handle, flanked by a pair of cupboards with similar escutcheon and elongated handles, beneath the centre drawer there is a shaped frieze, the sideboard rests on four turned tapering legs braced by large rectangular stretchers.
