Large Deco Overmantel

Large Art Deco overmantel mirror that consists of a five individual pieces, a large silver cent plate and four coloured mirrored pieces, two each side. The centre plate is rectangular in shape with a board top and a deep bevelled edge along the top side. Of the four side pieces there are two peach coloured mirror sections and two blue mirrored sections. These are caught in a stepped design which is traditional with most art deco Mirrors and each piece has a deep bevelled edge along the top side. The two peach ones are on the outside and the two blue ones are in between the peach and the centre plate. This mirror is in very good condition with superb reflectivity, no misting or foxing. There are no chips nibbles or deep scratches except for two small marks at the top of the centre plate which emanate from the rear. A quality deco piece. The mirror is mounted on a wooden backboard and the mirror pieces are attached with traditional metal clips.
