Large Mid Century Studio Vase

A large signed studio pottery floor vase from the mid-20th century. Hand-thrown Triptych glaze banding with greenpale, aqua blue and dark metallic brown. The square-shouldered, body with a soft-angled shoulder tapering down to the base.    •   The upper two bands have a clear glaze, which is intentional and gives it a slightly aged, organic feel.    •   The bottom has a reduction-fired metallic glaze, giving that near-bronze, reflective sheen. The vase is in good condition and is heavy.
