Large Silver Pocket Tobacco Box. Birmingham 1912. Lovely scroll shape to comfortably fit in a pocket, the body incised with a beautiful leaf design. Vacant cartouche. Good clean condition, crisp piano hinge, closes just as intended back in 1912. Clearly hallmarked on both the lid and inside for Birmingham 1912 by silversmiths Joseph Gloster. A generous 3½ inches (9cm long by 2¾ (7cm). All my photos are taken using natural light only.
