Large Victorian Engraved Glass Punch Bowl c.1850

Technical Description A large mid 19th century glass punch bowl dating to c.1850. It has a large round funnel bowl engraved with flowing leaves around the bowl. Sits on a triple annulated knop stem above a conical foot. Date & Origin England, c.1850. Condition Excellent, no chips, cracks, or restoration, clean and clear. Dimensions Height: 26.5cm Rim: 19cm Foot: 14.5cm Comments The punch bowl would have sat in the middle of the table and be used via toddy lifters or ladles to transport the ale, punch or wine from the bowl to the glass. Can be used just as well today as it was 200 years ago.
