Large Victorian Figured Walnut Jewellery Box

A large late Victorian figured walnut jewellery box, the top banded in ebony with the original engraved brass carry handle. The box opens to reveal the original interior including pale blue buttoned panel to the inside of the lid. We have re-lined the silver paper covered fixed tray and bottom drawer with complimentary plush silver velvet. The box has been cleaned and professionally French polished and is in showroom condition. It has a working lock and tasselled key.
