Description
Late Georgian stipple engraving on silk of "A woman Doctor examining a girl's finger" after a painting by Royal Academy artist James Northcote (1746-1831). The print was engraved by Robert Marcuard (ca. 1756-1788) and printed in the early 1800 and is mounted in a Victorian gold mount.
