P0220 Superb Xixth century French giltwood mirror of versatile form, can be position horizontally or vertically, having original glass with characterful foxing in giltwood frame. The frame is decorated with scrolls and floral motifs to each corners and centre of the frame. This antique mirror retains its original glass with that desirable foxing, original gilt with red oxidation showing through and original patina. New backboards fitted with four wall fixing brackets. Sturdy, woodworm free, no loose decoration, no missing elements, all in home ready condition. Feet fitted for protection, easily removed. c1840
