Oil painting on canvas of Le Pont Blanc signed Leon Huygens . Trained Academie Royale des Beaux Arts, Brussels. He specialised in landscapes. War artist in World War 1. He exhibited widely early years 20 Century in Belgium, France and Switzerland. There are works of his in Brussels Museum.
