Williams Antiques & Restoration have been restoring antique furniture since 1990. We carry out a wide range of restoration work from cabinet work and re-polishing to gilding and lock repairs. Our showroom has a wide range of antique furniture and smaller items. These range from dining tables and desks, to silver letter knives and tea sets. The vast majority of the furniture in the showroom has been restored in house. We also have a cabinet at the Antiques Association in Woburn. We are based in the village of Colmworth in Bedfordshire within easy reach of St Neots, Cambridge and Bedford, we also have a showroom next to our workshop for you to visit.

Description
This is a limited edition copperplate etching by Frederick Slocombe from an original painting by Joseph Farquharson (1846-1935). The picture has been signed by both men. It was the first of 50 printed in London published January 1887, by the Fine Art Society New Bond Street. It depicts a shepherd and his dog herding a flock of sheep through a gate into the field beyond. The foreground shows some silver birch trees, then the hills into the distance.
