A fabulously classic French style of bed, simple in its ornamentation with lovely brass discs along the top row of circular castings. All original antique brass. Nicely simple clamps in good detail. Overall an elegant design which lasts the test of time. Fully restored to be sturdy, practical and beautiful. Whole frame cleaned and tested for durability. Shot blasted and primed prior to hand paint finish in Little Greene’s Jack Black, gently waxed over to protect and give a soft sheen and tonal variation. All joints checked for secure fit.
