Mason's Patent Ironstone Blue Mandalay Pattern Hydra Jug c.1920

Offered for sale is a 11.5cm in height Mason's Patent Ironstone Hydra jug. Painted in the popular Blue Mandalay exquisitely painted floral pattern in hues of pink and green on a white ground with Mason's signature colours of vivid cobalt blue and rich iron red highlighted in gilt. The backstamp on the base indicates that this is pre 1923 when 'Made in England' was added.
