Description
Quality mid 20th Century (c.1950) French kingwood marble topped bombe commode shape in the Rococo style. Intricate mahogany veneers with stringing and decorated lightly with flowers and leaves. Each of the 3 drawers are fitted with 2 ornate handles and escutcheons. The sides display intricate mounts. A very special example of the original 19th century style.
